‘Talk to the Hand’ is a direct representation of sign language (ASL). it communicates through bodily expression, otherwise considered unnatural. In connection with mental health cases, studies show that people in distress express themselves in a greater aspect with the use of their hands. They display emotions, traits, and weaknesses. By having words presented in imagery, it allows the audience to communicate with one another, using an unfamiliar method to gain an understanding of what is projected as shown.
